life-skills classes.
We are currently hosting monthly classes covering life skills for teens in foster care Alamance and Caswell Counties in NC. Our team and volunteers have covered topics such as financial literacy, goal setting, car basics, resumes and mock interviews just to name a few. If you're interested in volunteering or hosting, please reach out via:
info@fosteringfuturesnc.org or call (336)810-0109 to coordinate with someone from our team. We hope to extend our life skill classes virtually for teens across the state.

go bags.
Having ready-to-go bags on hand for kids that have aged out and find themselves homeless. To support this cause, click here.

next steps action plans.
We are currently working on launching an assessment criteria program as a supplemental transition plan to further ensure a successful aging out process.

advocacy.
Whether it's human trafficking, incarceration, addiction, our hope is to provide advocacy in all areas of obstacles that kids in foster care, aging out, or have aged out might face.
